Living Room

It's amazing what a little paint and new carpet can do to a place!

Larry, our realtor and I going over what needs to be done to this place if we bought it.
This how the place looked when the tenanats moved out of there....
No carpet thanks to Jonathan (who ripped it all out)!
This is the living room now, a bit messy at the moment, but will be cleaner once we're all settled in!
